Can I change or cancel order?
The order can be cancelled within 24 hours. To cancel the order, Login and visit my account page then select the order and cancel it or contact our support Team by mailing us your order number and contact detail at email@example.com.
How to Return?
Email us complete detail of order with your contact no at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Our Team will contact you if required and once your request is approved you will receive a confirmation email with complete instruction.
What items are returnable?
Items needs to return has to be packed in original condition received and handover to courier assigned for collection.
Items are eligible for return/replacement/ under 7-day return policy if the return request is raised within 24 hrs of Deleivery and fulfils any of the following conditions.
The item was delivered to you in a damaged / defective condition. (Photographs/Video must produce)
The item was not as per the image displayed on the website.
Oxidised / ethnic /artificial Jewellery products have little variation in design/oxidizing is natural. Two units of the same design may differ slightly and will not be accepted as a valid reason for exchange.
Condition for return
Request of all the return has to be made within 24 hrs of Delivery. Request raised after 24Hrs of Delivery will not be eligible for return or replacement.
Following product condition shall not be eligible for return or replacement.
Any physical damage to the product or box.
Any product that is used / washed or it is not in its original condition.
Any product returned without original packaging or with missing accessories including any retail box.
Items that should not be used, washed, altered, tampered, soiled.
What items are non-refundable?
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Discounted items (if applicable)
- For all the products that are mentioned in the product pages
Can the items be exchanged?
- We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. The product has to be returned to us in unused and resalable condition only with it’s original packaging. Once the exchange request is approved by us and we receive the product from you, the replaced item will be shipped to you. One time shipping cost is to be borne by the customer. If the product received from you is in unsellable condition then we may deduct 25% to 50% on the MRP of the returned product before we process the exchange.
What are the refund options?
The following refund options are supported:
- For Prepaid Orders: Your refund will be issued within 4-7 business days from the date when we receive the products from your end.
- For COD Orders: Cheque payment / NEFT transfer will be processed within 7-15 business days from the date when we receive the products from your end.
How do I ship back the items?
For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed based on the refund options as mentioned in the above point. Ruppee 80/- will be charges on the returned product value and will be deducted in the refund.
