Delivery Handling:
All orders will be shipped out within a maximum time of 2 business days from the time of order placement. Transit time varies based on customer’s final destination, ideally from 4 to 7 business days for domestic and international delivery time based upon customs.
To ensure that your order is delivered on time, please make sure of the following
- Kindly make sure that the Phone number (preferably mobile) is correct and reachable. We may need to call you for delivery-related inquiries.
- Provide complete address details with House Number, Floor, Street Name, and Locality along with a Landmark.
- Enter the correct City, State, and Zip/Postal Code details. (Entering Zip/Postal Code makes the delivery faster)
Orders may get misrouted if the above details are incorrect.
We make sure that all the parcels are perfectly boxed and wrapped with security tapes when they are dispatched from our order-processing unit. However, it goes through a lot of processes at the courier company’s end before reaching you. We urge you to not accept any damaged shipments, in which case it will be your responsibility if a product is missing.
Estimated Delivery Time:
Most items are dispatched within 2 days and estimated delivery of same is 2-7 days depends on geographical location of the delivery. For items with size options, please select the required size and the current delivery estimate will be displayed below the availability message.
How will the delivery be done?
We send all packages via reputed courier Trackon etc.
What about warranty and hidden costs (sales tax, octroi, etc.)?
Our prices include applicable Goods and Service Tax (GST).
There are no extra taxes or hidden costs. The price mentioned on the website is the final product price including taxes. What you see is what you pay!
How do I track my shipment?
We notify our customers via a shipment confirmation email within 24 hours of dispatching the product(s). This shipping confirmation email will have the couriers’ tracking number and the link for tracking.
Do you have COD?
Presently we are not giving COD option.
Can I accept the package after checking the contents inside it?
Sorry, as per company policy, a package can’t be opened before delivery is accepted.
But you can accept the package & get in touch with us later (within 24 hours of delivery for a quick resolution) in case you have any concerns.
My order is delayed. What should I do?
You can track status by visiting Track Order. On the rare occasion that your order is delayed from our end, so please check your email & messages for updates. A new delivery timeframe will be shared.
Will the delivery be re-attempted if I’m not able to collect my order the first time?
Yes, we’ll make sure that the delivery is re-attempted the next working day if you can’t collect your order the first time. we ensure 100% delivery within a time frame
I found the package open/ broken. What should I do?
You can request for the item to be replaced or returned by visiting My Orders. Use the ‘Return’ option here & fill out the details of the issue so that we can help you
